The bag was delivered to the apartment in the Moscow region for 6 days. There were no packages of air, instead of them, more paper was put inside the bag. Like the skin (there is a probe), it looks solid-as in the photo, soft-but the shape practically holds, though the shoulder strap is made of scraps, although neat. The smell is a little harsh, I think it will fade in a couple of weeks. Quite roomy, many pockets, good accessories, zippers-for 4 +. For this price of $39 for small flaws, you can close your eyes. Overall satisfied!
