    Overall the item is of good quality with some minor configuration issues due to the lack of proper documentation and support. – first problem I encountered was the fact that I couldn’t connect to WiFi, got a “failed” response whenever I tried to go to setup networking. This was because I haven’t set up the first administrator account. You can’t set up WiFi with the default administrator. – second problem was that none of the features from “tuya” app were not working, remote unlock, random password and temp passwords, tried everything, resetting the device, etc. The problem was not the device, was the application. I switched to “Smart Life” application and all features started working as they should. I would have given 5 stars if there was proper documentation and the store support was better.

    The lock is really very good. The instruction manual is succinct, but enough (in English only). The more difficult is the physical part of the installation. Ie, put it inside the door. Installation is accelerated and perfect if a door New (still not stuck). But nothing it detracts to a previous installation a door that already has a lock.     Nice little toy for the door. Came well packed. As a lock has some limitations though: no sealing gasket so I doubt can be used for outside doors or gates. Also in Tuya has some limitations: You cannot open it remotely only if someone rings from lock. You cannot just open if you want so, the open button in Tuya app is not active.
