Secure Lock Mode (Indoor locking switch)
How to activated the Secure Lock Mode:
A． Open Secure Lock Mode Long press the grip ring of rear panel for 3 seconds, and then the lock prompts “Secure lock is on” by voice. Except for the passcode and APP of the administrator, all users’ fingerprints, passcodes and IC cards cannot unlock the door.
B． Close Secure Lock Mode Short press the grip ring of rear panel, and the lock prompts “Secure lock is off” by voice, the secure lock mode is closed.

Great Castle! At first I see so nicely made Lock. Very heavy. The materials are not cheap. In general, I am very happy with the purchase. But it is interesting the real life of the batteries and what to do… if they sit in closed doors. Recommend for purchase.

There seems to be a design flaw that after the lock is tightened by the Allen key and battery is put in, the battery is somehow shorted and heated up quickly and the lock announces “battery is low” in less than 1 minute. The installation is a total failure. I had since uninstalled the lock and after many trial and error, I managed to identify the fault (The two long screws somehow shorted the batteries once the battery cover is secured) and fix it. But I doubt any other customer is able to fix the issue easily.

From the Covid-19 due to the shipping time extended extremely (more than 2 months). However, the product is good qulaity and easy to install. The recommendation for supplier that should put the removeal door knop kit within the product.

Se demoro como 3 meses en llegar a Chile. todo muy fácil para instalar sin ningún problema. ahora necesitas otro aparato aparte llamado gateway para que pueda estar conectado siempre a la red wifi. pensé que lo traía pero no . en cuanto a la calidad 10/10 firme y solido .
