    The top of my bag was sewn slightly crooked, but I am using for a cloth diaper bag so it will be okay. I like the snap handles much better than the elastic handles. I prefer designs that go in all directions because when you flip the bag over the design on the back is upside down (see pictures). These bags are great for cloth diapering to hold the inserts & covers until wash day. They are fabric outside with a waterproofer adhered to the inside. Colors and pattern are as shown. I did not communicate with the store, no need to.
