    Ended up buy another router so both cameras could work and they’re showing the ‘loading’ message too often and the app keep on logging you out quiet often. Good image quality though so if you’re gonna buy it, make sure you have or buy in advance a 300mb/2.4g router so you can use them right away.

    Create a file called “ceshi.ini” in root directory of a micro sd card containing this below [CONST_PARAM] rtsp=1 Put it in the root the Micro SD Card,so with nothing on it and in Fat32. I used a Kingston 32gb micro sd card. Turn camera off, insert the micro sd card, boot camera, wait a while, turn camera off, remove sd card, boot camera. and rtsp ports are now open…connect to stream with VLC rtsp://admin:YOUR-PASSWORD-HERE@IP-OF-CAMERA-HERE/live/ch00_1
