Hair is very soft and communication with store was very good. They provided me with more information about the hair once I purchased it and got back with me in a timely manner. Order got to me quickly which was also a plus for those of you who live in the United States.

sheds too much…and isnt not full….density seems very low although they say it’s standard. its an everyday wig nothing fancy. cap is VERY small fyi. not average
