1.About Measurement

Always true length or longer, pls stretch the hair to measure its real length.

2. Hair Smell

our hair is 100% chemical-free, we do not only care about beauty but also our customer's health 🙂 But we do wash the hair when we produce it, there maybe a little shampoo smell on it. But pls don’t worry, the smell will disappear after washing with shampoo and conditioner.

3. About Shedding

We highly recommend that you seal the weft when you get the hair. When the factory workers sew the hair pieces into a bundle, there might be several short pieces that aren’t attached to weft, that’s not shedding. The wefts are double machine weft to prevent possible shedding, if you have to cut the weft to adjust the hair volume for your installation, please seal the edges of the wefts to avoid shedding.

4. About Tangle

Hair tangle due to dryness, oil/dirt built up, salt-water, chlorine and not comb daily. Make sure wash&conditioner with your hair once a week. Use Argan oil/Olive oil to keep your hair moisture and nutrition.

5. Dyed & Curled

It is virgin hair, so could be dyed and iron-flat, when iron flat it, please don’t exceed 150ºC, or the hair will be destroyed. Due to there are so many different color Conditioners in the market, we recommend you test a small portion of hair before coloring or perming the entire bundles.

6. Hair Care Products

Treat the hair as your own hair, use the good shampoo and conditioner. Conditioning is very important to keep the hair soft and manageable, let it on the hair 5-10 minutes and air dry instead of blowing.

    I ordered my hair on January 31 but I forgot about the Chinese New Year so I received it on February 14… I purchased a 26 24 and 22 with a 20 inch closure … I wanted it really full …. so I mixed the loose deep wave with deep wave hair I had previously purchased… the hair is extremely soft … and once it was installed I conditioned it …. after that I put mousse and oil in it and it has gotten me so many compliments… as far as shedding I had very little shedding … not even enough to complain about … in the beginning it tangled a little as I took it out to unravel… but once I brushed the conditioner thru and left it in for about 15 minutes…. I haven’t had that problem again….the stores communication was great and the pictures you see is a 2 day old install… I love it!

    Let me just say this hair is kind of BOMB . The only thing that is throwing me off is the ENDS . They’re a bit straggly but nothing that water and curl definer can’t fix ! I’m going to try straightening it soon just to see if it works and reverts back to it’s pattern ! There is very minimal shedding and barely any tangles.i definitely recommend!

    I received the Brazilian loose deep hair yesterday that included an 18 inch middle part closure, 20, 22, and 24 inch bundles. It only took 3 days to receive my order.
