    the hair was does not look to be 24inch more like 14inch or 16inch to me. Overall the product delivery was great! The feel of the hair seems to be good as well. I can’t use this hair for the style it was purchased for because the length isnt there. this was my first time purchasing hair online, so now I’m a but skeptical. However, the feel and look of the hair is ok.

    The communication was great. The delivery process was also great. Everything came when it was supposed to, but the bundles are thin. It’s as if it’s 2 bundles on this wig I made. I went for a hike & the hair was matted terribly after. Shedding is ok but this hair has to be brushed countless times through the day. It’s just brittle and dry. I tried deep conditioner and washing & nothing worked. Very hard to flat iron and doesn’t stay straight for 5 minutes. I’m just not satisfied at all.
