This is the right size mat for my Grandson who is little over 2. It works as described. It is made of good quality material. And, the store included a gift in my package which was a surprise – “Coolplay” water drawing Mat which my Grandson will love. So, Thank you seller!! I recommend this Mat for your young ones. In my opinion any smaller mat may be too small for a boy.
