    Shipment to Berlin in two weeks, of which one week was correspondence with the store, whether it is possible to send from Belgium, and not from China. Everything came well packed. In one lock one remote, promised to send two more remote from China, until received them, it is not known whether they will come. In each of the handles you need to put three AAA batteries, and I did not understand why they in the inner handle and did not put them there. For me, only the function of opening by print was important, Bluetooth immediately turned off, the inner handle is also similar to the functions of the application. Blutus I do not use because of security, I do not know how many bugs there and do not want a hacker with a computer or mobile could safely open the lock. With three batteries in the outer handle and a disconnected Bluetooth, there is a fingerprint and a remote control, it’s enough for me. The inner handle opens mechanically, there are no batteries needed. Problems: the inability to disable sounds or make them quieter, for my door a long lock, had to buy extra. Lock socket

    Perfect Lock! Very fast delivery. Lock came with three remote controllers and very small manual. Lock working well, but I have had problem with instalation, because this a newest version has no detachable outer side – side with Fingerprint scanner and it can not pass through outer lock ring – there is only round hole . So, If You want this, be aware – see picture. Application working great – but not in native languague – this is not Czech languague! I must set phone to English and than I can do some settings. Fingerprint work great 5 and 8 years old children no problem , but mother-in-law – she is 70 and hers fingerprint was not recognized never – but it does not matter ;-)) I will definatelly order next lock, but not now, because price is +33%.

    Not very intuitive to setup, had to watch a video. However super simple once you understand how. The app is the biggest let down. Apart from unlocking other things really don’t work even the video guide. Would be great if you press inside button to unlock the outside door unit when you leave.
