    The shoes it self are fine and fit well but the customer service was shocking. Absolutely terrible. The store did not send item for over 2 months. Kept saying item had been sent and was not. Making up all kind of excuses and stories. Very disappointed. Will NOT order from this seller again. I had to open a dispute just to get some information which still turned out to be misleading

    Lovely shoes and a bargain for the price. I am a UK size 6/EU 39. I ordered a size 40 which fits me exact. I would advise order one size up or may be even two. Delivery took around 10 days to the UK.

    Read reviews, ordered for size more (and in vain!) i have an insole-23 cm, ordered-23, 5 (the leg is wide, i was afraid not to climb). in itog-23 it would be just right, and so the heel is slightly noticeable. heel is almost 9 cm. packed on conscience.
