    I knew the Seagull watch would be good and I wasn’t disappointed … The package arrived to Australia in 9 days !! That was the biggest surprise of all. Often local packages take longer .. The store must have a very well organised logistics network, or one very keen ,responsible store person .. Thank you very much. I will periodically check your store listings !!!

    The watch is gorgeous and is functioning quite well. The watch came in a lovely Seagull/Sugess box that looks like the one pictured on the Seagull website for this 1963 Pilot Watch and comes with a leather band as well as the green nato. The watch, however, appears to have the domed acrylic crystal instead of the sapphire crystal. The sapphire i believe would have been flat instead of smooth but i do not have a tool to test the density of the crystal to determine for sure if it is sapphire or not. The question was the reason for 4 stars vs. 5 stars. That being said the price is amazing even with acrylic and the domed crystal is lovely and is more inline with the true original pilot watches that were issued for Chinese air-force. Again great watch, but customs did take forever lol (10 days).

    I am very happy with the watch, it is perfect and is an asset to any serious watch collector. It has a historical story about the heroic fighter pilots who received this watch in the 60s and was made again by the same factory as in the 60s. A piece of ingenious craftsmanship And is very nice to see how it works through the glass backcover. the support from this store is magnificent. The watch came in two weeks, so very fast, and very good protected in bubble plastic in a luxe box with an extra leather strap.

    Beautiful! It’s hard to verify whether or not the sapphire crystal is real but the watch and crystal look genuine to me. Comes in a Sugess box on a high quality nato strap. It even comes with an extra decent quality top grain leather strap. Great deal. Fantastic and responsive store.

    This watch is a beauty. At first I was a little bit worried about quality, but it’s incredible. Looks like a high end watch. The dial looks stunning, and the caseback is mesmerizing. The straps aren’t the best out there, but surely have good quality. It has everything a good watch must have: accurate movement, nice finish and a story behind it (I would say it is a conversation starter). Absolute no brainer!

    I asked for the two line dial, sapphire crystal and crown with star on it and this is exactly what I received. The communication was amazing and the person dealing with me was extremely patient and helpful. I could not be happier with the watch. It might be the best looking piece I own and all for an incredible value of $174! Arrived in about 10 days which was amazing.

    sapphire version. both hands on registers are the same. arrived well packaged. came with 2 sub par straps. have a replacement on order. ST19 movement is a beauty to look at. everything well finished. watch is easily on par with my Tissot and Hamilton watches. my 2nd SeaGull watch and 3rd SG movement. all have been reliable. see some quailty review issues. hope mine is not part of that batch. no excuse for those issues. does not sound like SG plant production.

    Knocking one star off as the video showed a shorter hand on the right, and that was what I was after. Messaged, and no reply. Expected the watch to match the video. That said, it is still a great watch. The nato strap was a bit cheap, but always expect to have to swap straps over even for watches at double the price. Surprisingly the leather strap was better quality than expected, so using that. Display back great. Hands align perfectly. Being able to buy a piece of history, but with a sapphire crystal, at that price, makes this a good deal.

    This watch is exactly as described. I was a bit afraid when I rewinded the crown. First because the movement is not sealed properly in the case, so you feel and hear it moving each time you rewind it. Secondly because the balance wheel was moving too fast. After a few minutes it looked OK and the watch keeps time so far (3days non stop). The cote de Geneve decoration is a bit approximate but honestly, for this price, it is a really good value for money. Besides, there is even an extra strap!

    Did not write a review immediately, TC tested the watch. And ready to admit, they are very good, for 4 days escaped for a minute, the chronograph works clearly and rises in 0. And most importantly, this is an interesting design. The only downside is the straps of doubtful quality, but for such money, it is a little bit.

    It’s a wonderful watch, I love it. Fans of watches prefer the acrylic version but I prefer not to be worried by scratches on the cristal, so I bought the sapphire version.
