Works great! I plugged a 12v 1a power supply for 5 meters and that’s enough! (But I think it’s + powerful with 12v 5a, as recommended). Ideally flash my plancha, coupled with an aqara + Philips Hue + Apple HomeKit switch, it’s perfect. Very good quality.

Excellent for my use case. I ordered 3m of the cold white version. At 12V I measure 20.5W consumption (5 mins after start ).This is lower than the expected 36W. So probably brightness is lower as well (less SMD/m?!), but it is bright enough for my task! Cover diffuses light well so you don’t see the separate diodes that much. Becomes warm to the touch after 5 mins, but not hot. Didn’t test longer as not needed in my case.
