    For 1,80 meters in height and 80 kilos in weight i ordered a size 36. It fits big, though it can be arranged by squeezing the belt. I should have ordered size 34 (but, this is my fault). The lower part of the trousers is too narrow, what they call skinny pants. Well, i like it. Thin summer fabric.
