The material is soft, elastic. I have not tried programming yet. But if i can, i will add the feedback result.

    Product as pictured. The wristbands are decently large though. They have an inner circumference of 8.25 inches and do not fit well on my small wrists. It also is not very stretchy, and would be uncomfortable on a very large wrist as well.
