    37 days have passed from order payment to delivery. The usual delivery time to 68 region is 21 days. All LEDs are correct, the spectrum on the perception by the eyes corresponds to the stated (I do not have a device for measuring color temperature). They’re dimming, but I was slightly puzzled by the fact of a noticeable flickering with currents close to the maximum. At small currents it is invisible. I feed from the linear stabilizer, from here and my surprise. The only explanation: When the current increases on the stabilizer, the voltage decreases, the output capacitor of the filter is constantly recharged-hence the ripple. But the stabilizer voltmeter does not show this. I’m lost in guessing. Otherwise the goods and the store can be recommended.
