    Great security cam. The one star less because the horizontal movement of the camera works in the opposite direction. Therefore the live tracking is not working correctly. However, it is possible to fix the problem, but you have to open the cam. Now you have to change two cables of the motor for horizontal rotation and the working direction of motor is changed and the live tracking works normal.

    Parcel received very damaged, The postal sorting center reconditioned the package before delivering it to me. Received today on 21.11.2019 The whole has been crushed and moisture, the cardboard is torn. I have not installed anything yet, but the whole unpacked seems not to have suffered. I take care of the installation in the next few days, we will see if everything works or if it is destroyed.

    The camera works very well, but the side engine is inverted when you hit the left it goes right, and the other way around. I understand assembling the camera would be wrong to weld the wires, and so when in the v380 pro in tracking acti goes s the tracking function instead follow the object or person, the ski goes and goes in the opposite direction until you lose it from the vision field. By me using it with onvif is not my problem. I understand it will be a flaw in my camera only, but i have only bought one and i cannot know 100%. I hope someone will serve you. Greetings
