    I ordered my 3 bundles and frontal (all 20”) Friday, 03/06 and received them Wednesday, 03/11. It was packaged in a Fedex bag but the bundles were not labeled as Sapphire’s. The hair is beautiful, very very minimal shedding, no smell and true to length. Although I did not pluck the frontal, I bleached it and the knots were still strong. I made a wig Friday, 03/13, I will give an updated review in about a month to let y’all know how it’s holding up. Great quality for an affordable price !!

    I’m really happy with the hair, on the package it says synthetic so I pray it really is human hair lol, feels very soft, it does have a smell to it but I guess is a normal thing at first. Hair came under 2 weeks. One thing I’m not happy about is the packaging one of the bundles were found open as you can see, however I’ll let that slide. Lace is dark and free lashes/wig cap. Nice company and the lady was always keeping in touch with me all the way through I’m very happy. Can’t wait to turn it into a wig.

    I ordered 20,22,24 with 18 inch frontal. The hair has a really BAD smell it has like that factory smell but I wash all my bundles regardless before installing so my skin doesn’t break out. The wefts were FULL. Bundles were true too length they looked a little short at first but i think its because im use to 26 and 28 inch. I will update after i install the hair. The only problem I have is that they don’t have longer inches available

    I haven’t tried the hair yet, but it is so soft and shiny. Yes it does have a smell but it’s not overbearing it smells like they tried to wash the smell away. The frontal was really nice in length and thickness. It came the day it said it would and I am very happy about that. I will post pictures once I make my wig!!

I sent out a message regarding to information about the hair and I was instantly responded to. They assisted me with all the information I would need. I’m very wary when it comes to purchasing hair on Aliexpress but this company is trustworthy. I received my hair within 3 days. The hair itself is soft, silky, nothing should be done to it. The hair arrived clean, and odourless, unlike some vendors here on aliexpress. I’ve had it installed for almost two weeks, and there’s no shedding , or detangling. It took the bleach well, as needed in order to bleach the knots. Love love love sapphire hair. I’ll be purchasing more boundless for the holiday for sure
