    Delivery took a month and one day. Packed just in a bag, so on the road one mat unfortunately deformed. Ordered for a test in a small size, the mats were softer than expected.

    Be careful when ordering. The shipment agreement is not respected. I received them through DHL which I did not want since I had to pay for 30 € customs duties. I made a claim to be re imbursed but it was refused. The Ali Express service suggested that I send back the cushions at my own expenses. What for, I don’t know . They would have re imbursed the price of the cushions but not the shipping back and not the customs duties !!! Very angry really!!!I précise that it took 3 weeks to get the items through DHL. …

    3 months 17 days. They are a little “OFF” on the shape. Very long travels. They should work fine for what i want them for. Very light weight. Nice size. Glad i ordered the 40 cm. Recommend store. Happy with communications.
